We will submit you all the negotiated quotes that have been made in the best terms with reference to your project and specifications.

After your approval, and to allow us to start production with our range of suppliers, it is necessary to pay 30% deposit of total order fee.

Amshiga import export Bali organizes a meeting with all the suppliers involved in your project to finalize your specifications and the production times.

The 30% deposit will then be paid the same day in our office, to launch the production.

All the payments will be made by bank check to facilitate the transactions tracking

Our quality control team will check out all the suppliers involved in your project, in the middle of the production process.

Amshiga import export Bali will check: dimensions, defined specifications, finishing, humidity level…

We will take some first pictures for your approval

1 - The pictures meet your specifications, you approve them and the production resumes

OR

2 - You have some comments about some pictures, you inform us with accuracy and Amshiga import export Bali reports to the corresponding supplier in order to make the corrections.

After your intermediate validation, and our intervention with the suppliers, Amshiga import export Bali controls one last time the finished product (colour, finishing, humidity level, quantity…)

The success of your project is due to the rigour used throughout the quality control process and the production

Sending of the pictures of the finished products and payment request Amishga, takes the last pictures of the finished products so that you can visualize the result.

Amshiga sends you the final invoice in order to pick up the goods from the suppliers.

NOTE: the full payment for all the goods must be “physically” credited in Amshiga account prior to the goods delivery

The goods arrive at the warehouse; they are unloaded from the trucks and then controlled for the last time by the Amshiga import export Bali team.

All the products are listed, photographed and warehoused before being packed.

These Operation “comes and goes’’ will spend 2 to 4 days depending on the order, volume and weight of some realizations, which sometimes can reach several tons. Fortunately, we are fully equipped with the appropriate devices for this type of operations.

Specific packing for specific material

For some products such as stone, terracotta, marble, the packing is made of wooden frame and Styrofoam to avoid frictions.

Teak furniture is very professionally packed using polyform foam, carton and corners protections.

The small decoration products are individually packed and then put into carton boxes.

All the goods are packed in a way that the breakage rate in close to 0!!!

The Amshiga team, with over 800 containers shipped to date, has acquired an experience and a know-how allowing to “smartly” stuff a container, optimizing the space. But how is this possible? By filling the cupboards, drawers, vasques… with smaller and lighter objects.

It often happens that the real volume is by far higher than the payload (the goods ordered represent the real volume, whereas the goods to be loaded in the container represent the payload or load capacity)

Managementwise, the more value there is in a container, the less expensive is the logistic (shipping costs). Thus, profitability is optimal.

According to the initial planning, Amshiga import export Bali sends you the documents stating the dates of the several destinations of your container, departure from Bali until the port of destination.

Amshiga import export Bali assisted by its local freight forwarder, issues the bundle of documents according to the international regulations, allowing you to do the customs clearance for your goods and to retrieve your container in the best conditions.

Our vast export experience allows us to command all the nuances throughout the process of some cases.

Amshiga import export Bali does not deal with this ultimate stage.

The freight forwarder chosen by yourself will be in charge of the customs clearance once he had received the bundle of documents, sent by us by Express Courier Company.

They will also be in charge of the trucking of your container up to your delivery point.

They will issue the total invoice for the customs clearance and the trucking.

The TBC is an overall statement for each supplier

On this spreadsheet, are stated the supplier’s name, a brief description of the ordered products, the volume that these goods represent in the container, the total value of the goods in Rupiah and Euros, the deposits paid, and the balance.

The TCR is the spreadsheet with the breakdown of the overall order, product by product.

We also state the product code, its reference (very helpful in case of ordering again the same product for a next container: what’s called restocking), the colour and the quantity. Eventually, are also stated the volume for each product and the settlement deadline granted by the supplier.

The TBC is a statement of the receipts and payments of a client

This accounting spreadsheet reports all the financial transactions. When we receive a transfer from the client, it’s stated in that table, with the amount exchanged in Rupiahs and the exchange rate. When a purchase is made, it’s stated in the column “ beneficiary” where are also stated the supplier’s name and the product. Dp means that the client paid a deposit for a purchase and that he will settle it later on, depending on the payment terms and conditions, the amount is stated in the column “expenses”. The balance in Rupiahs and Euros is also stated.

The packing list with pictures represents all the products with the same details as in the TCR, to which we simply add a picture for each product. That speeds up the goods control, when the client unloads the container.
